Shipping & returns

Orders are packed by hand and typically ship within 2–3 business days from Hawaiʻi. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, we send tracking by email.

Because our products are cosmetics made in small batches, we can only accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged, please write to us within 7 days and we will make it right.

International shipping may be available on request. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
